I've actually been thinking about this lately.. What about a "podcast" subscription for folks who want it on CD?
They subscribe and get a the 2 most recent shows burned to a CD and delivered to their door. All I do is give an RSS feed and it is automatically created.
I don't have to fill out a form each time a new show gets posted.. it just happens.
One way or the other, Paul, the concept is great! The "most important thing" to me would be guaranteed product fulfillment -- if it's my name/reputation on the line, I want to be sure that the order goes through and the client gets the product.
Personally, that's even more important to me than "quality" -- e.g. I'd rather have smeared ink go out 100% of the time than crystal-clear print go out 98% of the time with 2% of the orders lost or delayed by weeks.
So, one way to "add value" to this kind of service is to have a name standing behind it. I can never remember how to even spell "Kunaki," don't know who "they" are, and the web site makes pretty clear that they're "more like a machine than a business" so I'd hate to see what customer-service issues might come up if something went wrong with an order. They might be bullet-proof, but depending on the product I might not want to risk my reputation on them; that's part of the market that you could capture with a similar offering, Paul.
