That is about how I usually start and end my show, but I try to mix it up a little to keep variety in it. You would really have to listen to my podcast in order to get a good feel of how it goes though, if you are curious.

It's a pop culture show and we've been making fun of Ryan Seacrest since 2004.

Then we play a clip of our announcer giving all the contact info etc...

Ok.. After we do our show we go back and pick some highlights or tease-able moments. Then record that as an intro for the show. Anna's portion also works as a stand-alone promo for the show if we want to use the audio some place else.
